Over the last 5 years Pam and her team have delivered several modularized leadership, communication and management development programmes for a variety of groups and organizations. Pam uses her background expertise and experience in business management, neurolinguistic programming, coaching skills and common sense to enable her clients to commence, develop and then embed practical and lasting change. Pam has over 13 years experience as a successful manager and trainer, leading, managing and motivating both individuals and teams through change management and culture change. She has been involved as part of educational and business change project management and also has over 20 years experience of running her own company.
